I've only been using this particular product for a few weeks now. I'm rating it with 4 stars only to give it a bit longer, to see how well it does for me. Ship time was right on and I'm really impressed with the tinted, glass bottle it came in, like medications should! This is the first time I've tried the "free form", so I'm excited to see how well it works vs. the tablet!

My niece is very keen on this kind of supplement. She recommended this one and as far as I can tell it’s very good… She has me take it in the evening it’s supposed to help you sleep.?? I think it’s helped me

When I was getting low on Lysine a few months ago, I couldn't find it anywhere. I'm so happy I decided to check Amazon, where they had the 250/ct bottle. (The 100/count was the max I'd ever seen on shelves.) Maybe it's due to its anti-viral properties, but this amino acid is frequently sold out, so I'm happy to have it. Solgar uses capsules instead of the large tablets (horse pills lol), which are very difficult to swallow and don't absorb as easily. For those finding even these capsules hard to swallow, remember that capsules, unlike tablets, float--so you have to put your head *forward* after taking a sip of liquid, instead of back. The capsule will float and will be easily swallowed. This is the place to get vitamins, too. Thanks, Amazon!

These are fantastic! They come in a clear easy to swallow capsule, unlike the big bulky hard vitamins that you see in the stores! The packaging was in perfect condition. I like the fact that they come in a glass container as well. First off: from my personal experience this helps prevent my cold sores! I have not had one in about 9 months since taking these! Second: they have helped my skin feel so fresh and youthful! Although, I have noticed a bit of oil build up on my skin since taking these, no biggie! Just means I have to exfoliate more. Third: these are pretty tasteless! Probably the best LLysine vitamins I have actually ever purchased that ever helped me!
