Gastric Bypass Meal Plans

The information in the book is the same as the clinic where I had my surgery. It's disappointing how many recipes are for smoothies! I was hoping for a better selection of recipes. Very disappointing.

I'm on day 4 of a gastric bypass. Still in the liquid phase. This book has given me many ideas for my future meal plans.

Great book with guidelines for a person whose had the surgery.

Ok for the price but not what I was looking for

Completely useless book. The pamphlets the hospital gave me at discharge were more helpful and informative. Save your money for a real cookbook/post surgical aid.

Very informative with a lot of useful meal plans. I referred to this book often during covert and still find it useful for life post recovery.

I like the book. For new post ops it's great info. For us that had it done a yr ago or more, good reminder/reference tool to have &/or carry.

This book is not helpful to me. It depends on your doctor's instructions, but I'm not allowed to have a good majority of the foods included in the meal plans.

Some good tips but not very inventive

Very disappointing large writing. Lots empty pages. Can not get some of the ingredients here. Suitable for America

What is here, is interesting, with some tasty sounding protein shake variations. However there is not enough of it. A week of suggested meal plans is going to get very boring, very quickly. I had hoped for a lot more than this.

in my opinion This book is a great help to any one who has had bariatric surgery. Very very good

This was a very basic book, recipes were just common sense nothing exciting and you tube have better recipes for you to follow. Very disappointing book.
