Not quite as it's supposed to be.
Writing on cup is squinty and Stitch picture is black & white sketch and not colour as advertised.

Poor quality
Poor finishing writing blurred on top of mug, as well as that squeezing a tea bag first use and spoon snapped in half, my partner has the strength of a noodle so not sure how this happened.

The cup was good but spoon came in three pieces. Seems more of a delivery issue than quality issue I guess.

The media could not be loaded. The writing is all squint and the whole stitch picture and writing is not in proportion with mug just looks cheap and not well done, for what you pay you expect better.

Hi would i be able to get a full refund or a new one sent free of charge due to poor quality of the writing as seen above in the picture this is supposed be a Christmas present for someone very speacail and now they wint be receiving it can u please sort this out because it not satisfactory or acceptable
