It's a whistle.
I mounted these on the cowl of 2004 F250 SD and they whistle at speeds. It gets louder as speed increases. But that's not the reason for 4 stars. I would have given it 3 stars if it wasn't its low price but these are good for what you pay for. They are bright and works well, however the built quality is low. I'll see how long they'll last before water gets in. Also the wires are coming out of the same side on both lights instead of one left and one right. Anyways, all in all they work and serves the purpose for people on a budget.

Got to my house a little slower than expected, but the product itself seems very durable and good quality for the price.

Good product but cheap
Its an ok product. Cheap, very easy to install, very bright. My only concern is that one of the pair got moisture. After a few months of purchase and intalled, i had my car washed every week no problems at all i don’t have any issues yet. And then after the 1 rain but not a heavy one yesterday of september 2022, 1 of the pair got moist. I’m not sure what happened but this shouldn’t happen at all. So I rated 3 stars for an honest opinion. I should have placed a cover or something just to protect it but this is the moment to test how it can handle a simple situation. No trolls here i hope people should pay attention to small details like this one.

Cable is coming out from wrong side…
Finally received and started to assemble but found assembly issue. Cable is coming out from wrong side of the body. Can you tell? Package was once lost and finally came but unfortunately I have to return it😟😅 hope to receive it some time next week😉Other than that it’s ok.

missing hardware
Didn’t come with all the hardware. It was missing on of the Alan bolts that secured the actual light to the bracket.
