Q: This shoe looks more like a slipper than for walking...is there a better walking model?

This shoe is very light and comfortable. I love it; and it sure doesn't look like my slippers!.

Q: Do they give your money back when you return a product quick? Answer....no they dont. Three weeks and i havent got my monwy returned to me

I ordered them last month (Feb 2022) and they didn't fit as expected. I asked for return info and it was sent to me that day. I shipped the shoes back and two days after I sent them my account was credited. Very fast and painless.

Q: Does it contain removable insoles? Wide enough to fit who has tailor's bunion?

Yes, they have removable insoles. I ordered the widest variety to accommodate my husband’s swollen feet. But the shoes do not have the capability of widening to accommodate bunions.
