REVERSE WIRING
Like a few other reviews wrote, these connectors are REVERSED. I used this for airsoft, and the adaptor was in line with the replica's wiring, but inverted for the battery's wiring. If i plugged it in as is, i would have fried my battery like some others did. You COULD reverse the wiring on the adapter itself, but i found it easier to reverse the connections on battery. if you don't have a tool, i found sticking a needle/pin down the tamiya port makes it easy to access the "teeth" to pull the plugs from the plastic. If you do invert the battery make sure not to make contact with the plugs, it'll short your battery and superheat it/start a fire.

No.
See 'Tom' and 'Palm Tree Lover' reviews. Exact same thing happened to me. Brand new shop installed mosfet trigger with deans was fried instantly after using this adapter to connect to small Tamaya 7.4 volt lipo. Very expensive lesson learned.

WARNING! Dangerous to you and your stuff! And does NOT work!
WARNING!!! As of 02/28/18,these are still shipping with the wiring backwards. My son used this to plug in his LiPo battery into his Airsoft gun. The battery become instantly super hot, burning his hand. The battery also made a hissing sound and swelled, and is now useless. I switched the wires by cutting and splicing, and it worked fine. How hard is it to get this right???

I don't know much about wiring, but I plugged this in and it immediately sparked and made my lipo battery start to hiss. I think the wires are backwards on this
