I bought this for my son-in-law at his request for a birthday present. He is an avid cyclist and wanted to add this to his "bike toolkit."

I was checking the tightness of a brake lever handle. I don't believe any undue or considerable pressure was applied. The torx head snapped off and lodged inside the head. Reviews of Parktools are very high. I may have received a faulty tool. It seems there is no avenue for me to seek a replacement or refund (I've had it for 1 year).
