I see others are saying they didn't get the files but I got them within five minutes of sending the email to them. The book is good for going over the basics. I learned a few features I didn't know about! Now only if installing Crystal Server 2016 was as easy as following along in this book! ;)

This book has every thing I need to learn Crystal but I can not get the link mentioned for the work files, the publisher is ignoring me.

Likely a good book, but the email address for the author to obtain the practice files is no longer valid. Website looks dated and no files there, either. Only contact info on the website is the same invalid yahoo.com email address and PO Box address in NJ.Indera Murphy, where are you?

The book looks great to learn but the zip files that would make it easy are no longer available from the publisher. Amazon should consider adding at note for the future purchases.

I can not get the publishing company to send me the zip files to use the is book effectively.

This is a very good book for beginners in Crystal Reports. It covers everything, with many examples, and is very didactic.
