Polyhose 2SC hose offers an upgrade from the R2AT specification. This hose offers the flexibility of 1 wire hose with the working pressure of 2 wire. Polyhose 2SC hose is constructed from a smooth, oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, with two high tensile steel braids as reinforcement. The outer cover is highly resistant to environmental conditions, with the hose able to operate under a wide range of temperature and fluid conditions.

The hose can carry hydraulic fluids under high pressure, including: mineral oils, vegetable and rape seed oils, glycol and polyglycol based oils, synthetic ester based oils, oils in aqueous emulsion, and water. Typical applications include construction equipment, mining, forestry, agriculture and industrial machinery.
