No. It's very high quality. No fading or wear after a year of owning it already. It's still as gorgeous as the 1st day I purchased it.

Yes I've owned it for a year and theres not been any wear or lackluster from everyday use. Its still just as beautiful as the first day I purchased it. Very high quality. Beware it is a lot heavier than normal dog tags though.

Its thicker than a regular dog tag. Actually alot thicker so no normal silencer would fit it. It's very high quality & a year after owning it, it's still as beautiful as the day I purchased it. Hope this helps.
