Q: What material r theae? Do they break/squish easy?

I don’t know what material they are made of, but in my experience they do not break easy, but they get everywhere! (11 year old daughter for a foot spa thing) I don’t know what you’re getting them for, but if it is for a child foot spa, they will be all over!

Q: Can these be used with warm water or microwaveable to soak feet?

Not sure about the microwave, but we soak them and add them to warm water in our foot spa. They might break if you soak them too long though
