Lunchbox
Quality and color was perfect. Ordered for my son while high-school. He now uses it for work. He keeps things at a good temperature, plenty of space, and the durability is a must. Easy to get ready and pack on busy mornings

Good design, holds what I needed it to hold
I've been using my bag for a couple of weeks and it's great so far. I've been hunting for a lunch bag that fits my needs exactly and this one comes closest. It's just tall enough for my large Yeti and straw and there's enough space for that, my small Yeti, and my plastic food containers inside. If I have too many containers, the mesh side pockets expand enough to hold a Yeti on both sides. The elastic feels like it might not last all that long, but it's good for now. When I bought the bag I didn't realize that the front has a pocket as well. I thought that black line was just a design choice, but you can slide some utensils or papers in that pocket with ease. I don't use the shoulder strap, but it seems sturdy enough. Hopefully this will be my last lunch bag for a while!

Happy we bought this!
This was one of the lunch carriers that my son and I were looking at and liked enough to put in our cart. While I meant to get the different bag, I accidentally ordered this one. Now that we have it, I am super glad we got this one and not the other one!I found this bag to be solid, well thought out and well made. I was pleasantly surprised as some reviews were very negative and I want to address the specific issues that were noted by others:- Cheaply made: I did not find that to be the case, AT ALL! The material was fine, the sewing was well done--no loose threads.- Doesn't fit my container: The case is taller than it is wide, so the only thing required to make this work is planning. Knowing what you want to fit inside and how it will work for you.- Bad zipper: The zipper quality seemed fine. The only thing with that is that you have to align the top of the case with the bottom of the case. If you're in a rush, you can force the zipper and it may break, like all zippers.Ultimately, this case has a very classy sophisticated look, feels solid and well made and I love that the shoulder strap has a thoughtfully placed pad on it for the user's comfort! I bought this for my 17-year-old son for his senior year in high school--but really I think it looks more like a college or professional level lunch case. So nice, I may end up buying one for myself!

Love it
So far I'm loving this lunch box. There's plenty of room inside for the large Pyrex containers that I use for lunch every day, and I bet I could even pack a picnic for two in here. It was folded for shipping, which caused the zipper to not quite line up properly right out of the package. I just packed it full of stuff and let it sit like that overnight to help get rid of the crease, and now the zipper is lining up and working perfectly, although you can still see the crease a little bit. The lining seems easy to clean if any spills occur. I can't speak to the durability yet, because I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I will update my review if I run into any issues.

Liner and side pockets tore
I’ve had this lunchbox for about 18 months. I really liked it at first because it could easily fit multiple Tupperware containers and an ice pack. However, after about 8-9 months the liner on the inside started to tear and the netted pocket on the side also tore. Either poorly constructed, or I was too rough with it. I haven’t had issues with leaking though.

The Perfect Lunch Box
I needed a lunchbox that could hold two fairly large water bottles (they're probably a little bigger than those ubiquitous stainless steel water bottles) without tipping over and I finally found it in this. In fact, the two side pouches, which hold the water bottles, are so big that I could probably easily fit utensils in them, too. The elastic on these pouches is snappy and securely holds whatever you choose to put in there. The lunch box itself is the perfect size for work or school lunches (though it might be comically large and boring for a little kid) but it could also be used as a cooler for a beach day trip. Material is stylish. I personally don't use the shoulder strap but that's a nice feature. I don't see myself ever needing another lunch box. Worth every penny.

The lining is amazing. I scoffed at first
Finally, something that can hold containers ordinary people use!For years, my biggest problem with lunch containers was squeezing my Rubbermaid or Take-a-longs into a container that wasn't meant to accommodate those proportions. What gives? Can't we all just get along? Maybe we need a U.N. of lunch boxes. Fix it, already!Anyway, this one is superb. Ordinarily, I have a salad and something else that needs to be chilled. In the past, the "blue ice" pack failed at some point. Not with this. The lining is amazing. I scoffed at first, when I saw it, but it really works. And it's actually quite high-capacity, perfect for the person with a big appetite, like me :)EDIT: I've read the one-star reviews, and feel horrible for these people. Maybe manufacturing was shifted to somewhere else, and the quality has dropped? I honestly don't know, but I DO stand by my original review. I've had this thing for two years now, I use it daily, and it's just bulletproof. If I felt otherwise, I would tell you!

The size is good. Exterior material decent
The size is good. Exterior material decent. I don't prefer the liner which is like a loose bag on the inside of the lunch box. The bag doesn't quite seem to fit though the lining material seems really rugged. Functionally, it's good, but it's a bit of a pain. I suppose being able to pull it out to clean the inside is good. Finally, I think the weakness is the zipper and only time will tell how well it does. My old lunch box had a frozen zipper and this zipper has similar weaknesses in that it sticks on corners and the pulls look like they will come out like the old one did when applying pressure to get it around the stiff corners. Zipper pulls on these lunch boxes need to be designed differently in my opinion, but that could be nitpicking a little because so far it holds a lot of food and will be good for travel and lunches if the design holds up. There may be better products at a similar price point, but if you like the look of this one and the inner bag isn't a problem, then worth a try.

Poor quality, interior split on initial use.
Interior split only after a couple of uses. When I approached the legitimate company about the poor quality I was advised this was not their product.Poor quality for the price paid.
