TIMEGEAR Cuckoo Wall Clock with Night Mode in Traditional German Style with Carved Squirrels (Cherry)

Love the appearance of this cuckoo clock. Even though it's molded plastic, it's finish gives the appearance of wood. The cuckoo sound is pleasant and the little bird popping out of the house to announce the hour is entertaining. The feature of not cuckcooing after 9:00 PM is a nice touch. The clock keeps excellent time - has cuckooed on time (as checked on my laptop) for the past month or so. It runs on 2 C-cell batteries, so it will eventually start loosing time as the batteries start to run down. Overall, I am totally satisfied with this clock.

Reminds me of Grandma's house. The cuckoo is a bit wild. It makes some noise, but there is a volume switch. Follow the instructions to set it. The plastic bird comes out. It is keeping perfect time. It takes C batteries. It looks good. We love it. Makes us smile. Kids love it.

Works Ok. Having the evening shut down is good.

It can be fixed by not having the sound up to high it won’t echo we love it would purchase again
