Good for post workout hydration, and not too much sugar, if sugar is an issue they have a no added sugar too, oh and it’s very refreshing and taste is pretty good to!

Really lovely flavour needs to be cold as with all lucozade sport disgusting when it’s too warm . Value for money size pack . Good for lunches or days out . Can’t find this flavour in other stores so it’s a repeat purchase item for now while price is reasonable
