Q: This cap is not venting properly, any sugesstions? Thought float was stuck and overflowing the bowl but i took the cap off had alot of pressure??

There is a way to check to see if the valve in the cap is working correctly. If you apply pressure to the cap (ie blow into it) and it does not bypass (which it sounds like it is already doing), you are good. If you apply vacuum (or suction) to it and it DOES bypass, then the valve is working correctly. If that all checks out, you might have a bad needle and seat.
