I’ve been learning more about how toxic most household items are, like how many wooden furnitures off gas and many mattresses contain toxic chemicals and dangerous flame retardants. Because of this I bought an organic mattress. It’s free of any harmful chemicals, but it’s free from comfort too. The thing is as hard as a rock. I researched organic toppers and they are hard to come by. Most toppers are memory foam (which can off gas) so those were a no. Most organic toppers were latex and costed a fortune (almost as much as the mattress itself!). So when I stumbled across this I researched it well and couldn’t find anything concerning about it. I bought it and am so glad I did! I wish it was thicker, maybe 2-3 inches instead of 1.5, but it is amazing. It is excellent quality and super comfortable. Again, if they could make a thicker option that would be best but this one is still great! Highly recommend! And if you’re looking for a good non-toxic option this one is hands down the most affordable for what it is!

Loved this topper! It's not going to fundamentally change the feel of your mattress (it's only an inch and a half), but it offers just a little bit of cushion, it's pleasant to sleep on with excellent temperature control. On a cold night it feels as cozy as an extra blanket, and it's also the best way to sleep on a hot night - not frosty-cool to the touch or anything, but just quietly pulling away moisture, not getting sweaty, remaining the same temperature and not overheating all night long.Secondary use: I folded it over to sleep on the couch and it's a really great mini couch mattress. It's easy to just tuck the elastics out of the way.Stray observations:- It started out a bit flat but within a couple of days rose to the full 1.5".- It started out noisy/crinkly like a new duvet, but the sound subsided within a couple of days.- NO ODOR WHATSOEVER, not even at first. I've tried a LOT of wool options and I'm very sensitive to smells, but this one just smells like nothing, just the way I want it!

I bought this to use in my little RV, on a twin size mattress that is, well... not made for comfort. I purchased the queen size topper, fold it in half and have double padding. I turned my sleeping area into a haven for sweet dreams.I liked it so well I purchased one for my queen size bed at home.It’s really well made, has no order, is soft and super comfy. I bought an extra firm mattress since my husband has back issues and I am currently dealing with SPD from pregnancy. I figured I could always make the bed softer if needed. We currently have this topper and it adds SOME softness, but may not be noticable to some. Without it, our bed would probably be uncomfortable. I chose this so I don't overheat (compared to foam toppers) and so far, so good.

Wool to combat hot flashes - who'da thunk it? We've been using this topper about a week. Amazingly, I have not had a bedding-induced hot flash since. It's nice and thick, very comfortable to sleep on, and does not reflect my body heat back at me. It also takes care of "cold flashes" and allows me to sleep comfortably with a lighter cotton blanket, staving off an eventual hot flash from the top. I really like the smooth cotton cover encasing whole thing. Sheets slip on and off easily. Not itchy. I thought this had four corner elastic bands, but it turns out to have a long elastic band across one end, while the other end has two corner bands. I was worried that the corner elastic would come off easily, but no issues so far. Very happy with this purchase. Sleeping through the night again.

Ok, so I spent about 2 weeks researching and looking at different mattress toppers before deciding on this one. Right out of the package I could see it was a quality item, nice fabric and stitching. I already have a very high density foam mattress topper and this was to help regulate the heat from that topper. My husband wanted something to help him feel warmer and I wanted something that would breathe better so I didn't feel like I was in a sweatbox. Viola! so far this is doing the trick. Two things, 1. We have not noticed any difference in how our foam topper is working (it is a temperature sensitive high density foam) and 2. We are feeling a better temperature, staying warm, but not feeling too warm...it's already cold where we live. Overall I give this 5 stars, and although it was a bit pricey, I looked at a lot, and I mean a lot of other toppers. I like that this one is washable too.

We where skeptical ordering this. But so glad we did. Specifically wanted a washable one. Our mattress just needed something and memory foam toppers are just too heavy. Well, this is perfect. Even the dogs love sleeping on it. There was no smell when opening the very nice storage bag but still let it air out a few days. Will update this review in regards to compacting down after awhile or any issues. So far so good.

Nice quality product that wasn't the right size for my bed. The shipper, One Stop Mommy, charges a 30% restock fee and doesn't cover return shipping. This is not the case for other suppliers. Make sure this is exactly what you need or be prepared to lose money if returned.
