My wife is not a fan of the taste of Anise (Black Licorice) which is one of the primary flavors in most lactation teas. This is now her favorite lactation tea because the taste of the Anise is much milder than in most of the others that she has tried. While we have not done any official scientific studies of our own, anecdotal evidence suggests that it works.

Completely helped with milk production overnight! You can still taste the fenugreek but it’s one of the few teas on the market without anise (which I hate). Tip- make a pitcher of some Country Time Lemonade and cut the tea in a 1:1 mix for a refreshing summer spritzer. I have also tried it in a virgin sangria and it was fantastic but too much work on a regular basis. I have not noticed a maple syrup body odor from the fenugreek (sounds weird but a ton of reviews say that it’s possible with an excess of fenugreek intake).

Tasted awful, I couldn't stomach it. I also thought it came in a resealable container but it did not, they have now changed the picture so at least other people won't think the same. I will stick with my Teatox life RRLT, it tastes great, comes in a resealable bag and works.

This is the best lactation tea. It works for me, it taste delicious! i did not want to go "low milk supply" rode, so to prevent it, I started drinking the tea (2 times a day) and also other supplement (capsules) 1 capsule 4 times a day the second day after gave birth. I became a champion in lactation! This is my third child and I never saw me having so much milk! I can certainly recommend the tea that is helpful and tasty!

This tea is so delicious and thankfully does not taste like liquorice like many other nursing teas. It has a light flowery-fruity flavour and definitely upped my production after only the first day of drinking 2-3 cups (with a little honey to make it a little sweeter). I have been drinking the tea for three days now and have been producing about 3 more ounces than prior to drinking it.

This tea is really light and easy to drink! It's not very sweet so I have to put a packet of splenda in it, but I don't mind drinking it plain either. This is my first month drinking the preconception tea and we are approaching our two week waiting period, so we shall see if it helped (this will be our fourth month).

I've been drinking this tea for a long time (having nursed kids pretty continuously over the last 5 years). It tastes good- much better than others I tried before which I found kind of medicinal! But I find lately alot of the teabags in the pack are ripped or not properly sealed. Can still drink but it's not so great!

I strongly believe this helped with my contractions ! The pain was bearable! No crying , no screaming, it really strengthens your uterus. I will be using every pregnancy !
