I've had it for less than a year. I bought 2 of these luggage from you last year - one black and one blue, I've got all invoices and receipts to show for it. I recently took both on the exact same trip and the other one is okay with no damage done to it but this one isn't.The airline that I flew with refused to take responsibility for it and so are you - the manufacturers. Who I'm I supposed to turn to? I am very disappointed with the way I've been treated. You should be able to stand by the warranty cover stated on your website and not sneakily try to distance yourself away from the issue. It's very misleading. One of the main reasons why I bought this was because of the so called "3 year warranty cover" which now sounds like a scam.Can you please do the right thing? I am in the process of relocating out of the country and I really NEED that box.

Purchased 29/4/18 - sent back for repair assessment on 22/6/18 as case zip started to come apart on my holiday - was worried this would result in case opening at an inopportune moment! . I have had no option but to pay £14 for the courtesy of sending this back to Samsonite assessment centre - the supplier is hesitant to pay my return cost and at the time of posting has not.Samsonite will not cover this cost. I think this is shoddy on behalf of them both. Had I purchased this from a high street shop, there would have been none of this nonsense. Quite happy to arrange to send it back for assessment after less than 2 months - but think it is appalling I have to pay for the privilege!

Premetto che non sono una che scrive recensioni negative di solito, ma devo dire che sono stata molto delusa per quanto riguarda questo prodotto.Avendo già una grande Soundbox, ho deciso di acquistare una piccola Soundbox nel marzo 2019. Viste le restrizioni sui viaggi dovute alla pandemia qualche mese dopo, non ho avuto modo di usarla.Un mese e mezzo fa l’ho usata assieme alla Soundbox più grande e sono rimasta scioccata dalla rottura della piccola maniglia della Soundbox quando l'ho sollevata dal nastro trasportatore dei bagagli. Pesava 9 chili, che non è niente in confronto ai viaggi pesanti che la mia grande Soundbox ha subito.Troverete in allegato una foto. Il manico si è rotto prima su un lato, e poco dopo sull’altro, staccandosi completamente.Ora posso capire che a volte queste cose succedano, un articolo può essere difettoso, e basta rimediare.Il problema è che quando ho scritto ad American Tourister, subito dopo ho ricevuto una mail in copia dove il team Samsonite chiedeva al team American Tourister di rispondermi.Sono passate quattro settimane, e tre altre mail da parte mia, e ancora nessuna risposta. Non credo sia un problema di comunicazione in quanto leggono le mail entro 24 ore.Come tanti ho scelto questo marchio per la sua robustezza ed affidabilità. Ho aspettato e sperato e mi dispiace molto vedere i miei soldi spesi con tanta fiducia essere sprecati.Gli errori possono capitare, i falli esistono, nessuno è perfetto. Ma ignorare le mail dei clienti, quello per me è un atteggiamento che rovina per sempre la fiducia e sono molto molto delusa di vedere un tale atteggiamento da un marchio così rinomato come American Tourister/Samsonite.

I travel a lot for work and my personal life. I have used this suitcase on long haul flights (9+ Hours) short flights (1 hour) and for long car trips. I think it does exactly what it says it will. I wanted to buy extremely expensive luggage from Away but they increased the price and never had stock. I then thought well if it might get damaged either way I may as well go for something cheaper. I got the full set of three but I have used the smallest the most often. I use it as hand luggage and its really easy to get in and out of and fits loads in it. You get exactly what you pay for in my opinion.Also I bought it in yellow, which I adore...
