Did not connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
Product arrived in an unopened & intact box, however the bike was broken. It did not connect to Bluetooth, the resistance button wouldnāt work, and device wouldnāt connect to Wi-Fi. Returned and still waiting on refund.

Great bike option!
Great option that is cheaper than a Peloton. I have really enjoyed the Echelon rides. Only downfall is you can only use Echelon programs to ride and itās more expensive than the workout program I have been using.

Good decision
My home gym really needed a stationary bike, so after considering an Assault bike, and other manufacturers I choice this bike. I immediately replaced the seat ( Fizik) and pedals ( Shimano road bike) to suit my snobbish bike needs. After 6 sessions on the bike Iām very happy with the overall performance of the bike. Echelon has a good line up of courses for beginners and Iām looking forward to exploring more of the classes. Not happy about the possibility of having to pay for the courses š. As a mountain biker, bike commuter I think the EX5 is a solid purchase. This was a warehouse purchase at the acceptable range, worked for me. š¤

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service update. They did reach to me, but I have not had a response back. The Resistance knob started working so I'm now able to use the bike.

Broken, unable to assemble
Product arrived in a damaged box. Spent an hour trying to assemble to find out itās defective. Now I have to try and fit this 140lb bike back into the boxā¦because canāt get ahold of customer service

DO NOT BUY, read reviews about cancelling...
We bought an echelon bike and completely regret it. We totally forgot about the monthly subscription fee because we had a free year first. We did not keep the bike for long, but because it was uncomfortable to use, we gave it away. Once we found out they had been charging us, I called to correct the situation. Not only did they hang up on me multiple times, they almost seemed happy that they got months of subscription payments before I was finally able to cancel. Short version, DO NOT BUY from echelon.
