Shortage with length only 3.2m, this item cannot be refunded because of third part, I don’t advise anyone to buy from third part.

Unavailable of remote
The product parts are solid and easy to fix. However i faced two major issues. First is the device doesn't have remote. It depends on the app or smart system. Second the feature to open the curtains manually by hand is not available.
