Juki Genuine Defrix Sewing Machine Oil (No.1) - 600ml Original Juki Oil (Japan Import)

This stuff is seriously incredible. It doesn’t smell, it maintains my new and old machines, and it does a better job on restoring my Singer 66’s than anything else. Perfect product and if you just slit part of the top guard, you get a perfect tiny measurable drop every time. Buy this for your machines please. Not sponsored, just someone who hates when her sewing machines break down.

The product is a little bit more expensive but it came very well sealed there for no waste. The seal is part of the molded plastic bottle so you have to use a box knife to carefully cut the top off. This filled my oil pan with the exact amount needed after an oil change.

Oil did not leak when shipped, to open this you need to use a razor to cut open the top, I used this for my Juki DDL-555, it filled the oil pan directly between the high and low mark. I bought 2 bottles to have extra to top it off if needed and extra for oil pens to keep other moving parts lubricated. I did a lot of research online on what oil can be used with Juki's requiring this type of oil. You may be able to use different brand oils, but it seems this oil specifically is a VG 7.5 weight oil which is impossible to find it seems. Appears to be genuine Juki and works very well, I would purchase this again if needed.

This will last me a long time. I was told by my sewing tech that this is the kind of oil that is best as it stays on the parts longer. I am pleased with it too.

This is the oil recommended for my Juki TL2010Q, and after extensive research, I found that this oil is in fact unique, that is to say not the same exact chemistry as other "lily white" sewing machine oils. I assume it is either superior, or formulated specifically for the Juki machines. I also compared prices, and ounce per ounce, its actually a better deal than some of the other high quality oils. This convinced me to go ahead and buy the Juki oil. However, I would sooner have bought a smaller bottle, if it were available. This big bottle of oil will likely last me several years, and I sew (and oil my machine) A LOT. Know that the bottle is sealed at the top, and you need to pierce the seal to get the oil out. Not a deal breaker, but kind of a pain, and messy if you're not careful. Maybe they do this to make absolutely sure there will be no leakage during shipping. But in order to get a small drop or two into the tiny holes that need to be oiled, you need a the right applicator. The little plastic applicator that came with my machine is perfect, but alas, the bottle is all one piece and the only way to get any oil into it is to suck it one drop at a time in by squeezing the sides. Attention Juki - you should make a refillable applicator. I am currently using an eye dropper. I would have given five stars for the oil, but subtracted one star for the packaging and lack of a decent applicator

Love the oil. Hate the bottle. I am sure in Japan this packaging makes complete sense. But for the rest of us…. Grap a steak knife. Stab the plug (it goes in very easily so do NOT use a lot of force). Twist the knife until you have a large enough hole to squeeze the oil through. On the bright side, absolutely no mess.

Purchased the bulk 1l Juki oil for an industrial sewing machine oil tray. Arrived promptly and the machine seems to be running very smoothly.

Resealable container makes good storage. Easy to refill smaller oiler containers.

Love the fact that the quantity allows or long term use.
