Bolts up nicely! Looks good. Sturdy! Doesn’t hinder sight from rear view mirror. Hardware and instructions are of good quality!

Fits 2nd gen RAM 2500, works with tool box, expect to drill on any truck and could be more universal
Overall I'm pretty happy with this rack. It can be made (with some modification) to fit an older Ram 2500, it works with a tool box, and actually the two work together as without a toolbox to hold down the long extensions of the mounting brackets you'd be drilling at least 4 holes in the bed on any and all models. The manual says so: drilling holes in your truck bed is mandatory for every install. Not gonna do that, sorry guys. Made it almost 30 years without drilling holes in the bed, not gonna start now. Worked out for me because the tool box (mounted with J-bolts) holds the brackets down sufficiently for my purposes. Build quality seems good. Not OEM good but I've seen far worse on Amazon accessories. Steel is good thickness, welds look good, powder coat is good. Heavy duty and well made. I like the design. Packed well enough that even though they destroyed the box getting it to me there was no damage. The jig they welded it in is a little off -- the brackets are not perfectly parallel when bolted in. They differ by at least 1/2" front to back, wider in back (good for the Ram because it's a little too narrow at the front). If it weren't too narrow for your truck bed you could probably use a ratchet strap to pull them closer but that would have made the fit worse so I left it as-is. I understand it's impossible to make a rack that fits every full-size truck out there without modification and this one was obviously designed for a Ford (you can see Ford everywhere in the instructions). It's a little too narrow for the Ram but close enough when you have a toolbox to hide the difference. The only attachment point that comes pre-drilled in the rack is for a pretty clever J-bolt that fits in the stake holes. For the Dodge you have to re-drill the hole in the bracket as it's 6" off but it seemed like it was going to work after doing that. What is, however, inexcusable in my book is that the J-bolt they included is way too long. It wouldn't be a problem as I could have cut it off short but it's only threaded for the last inch so there was literally no way to install using that bolt without a 2" tall stack of washers! If they had simply spent an extra 10 cents to have bolts that are threaded the whole way it would have been truly universal instead of sending me to find my own bolts and bend them in a vice. This one simple little cost-cutting short-sighted move at least doubled if not tripled the hassle and time required to install and took it from something you could do on the driveway to a job that needs a simple shop. Penny wise and pound foolish guys!

Solid headache rack
Very solid and well made headache rack. And good looking to boot. Excellent value. Installation on a Tundra was a little bit difficult, but that was because of the bed rails not this rack.

Fantastic quality
Definitely a quality item.. fit perfectly on my 2002 Silverado. Doesn't feel cheap and price wasn't bad. We'll see how it holds up. I'll be mounting lights as well.

A little leg work but worth it.
This looks fantastic on, took a little leg work for a 2018 dodge ram 1500, didn't line perfectly up, but well worth the drilling. Was simple enough with a pencil, level and a 1/2 drill bit. Worked like a charm. Would recommend

Looks good but you get what you pay for.
A little flimsy but looks good and does the job. My biggest complaint would we the mounting brackets for a couple of reasons. The bolt holes that are pre-drilled are too far back and allowed the headache rack to vibrate and bounce, so I ended up drilling holes closer to where the rack bolts to the mounting brackets. Secondly the brackets should have a "slot" for the the headache rack to sit in since the 2 bolts on the sides are not enough to secure the headache rack in place.
