Highly recommend
These edible cake sprinkles/glitter can be used on any colour of icing or fondant as they are clear. I often sprinkle them on my Christmas cookies when decorating a snowy scene.

The greatest finish to a cake
This glitter glistens like fresh dew on icing roses. This glitter is not "gritty" like sugar crystals. It looks like it is based on egg whites...so it simply melts in your mouth. I cannot find this glitter at the stores any more. It is great to be able to get some on Amazon. I highly recommend this to make any cake "sparkle" without adding a taste or a "crunch" to the cake.
