Flattering for Women who Ref
There really aren't a lot of referee shirts that are flattering to women. It's really frustrating. This one is not perfect, but it looks great and has held up through several washes. It could stand to be a little thicker, but who isn't wearing a sports bra? Your sweat evaporates quickly from this shirt, so that's a bonus.
