Q: I am unable to push the rods into the bottom holes. Any suggestions on how this can be done without breaking the rod?

I FOUND A SMALL AMOUNT OF EXCESS PLASTIC FROM THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS AT THE INSERT-END OF ONE ROD. TRIM IT AWAY. PUSH HARD WITH TURNTABLE ON A HARD SURFACE. THEY WON'T BREAK.

Q: I just got mine in the mail and it didn’t come with any tower pieces to assemble it. I don’t want to return it. so is there anyway to get the missing.

I would contact Amazon they make returns pretty easy!

Q: The ball bearings can get pushed too far down into the soft plastic surround. How to you fix them when it stops spinning easily?

I HAVE HAD THREE OF THESE, FOR A SHORT TIME, WITH NO PROBLEMS. I DO NOT FIND THE PLASTIC TO BE SOFT. I CAN'T SEE THE BEARINGS, BUT THEY ALSO MAY BE PLASTIC. BUY AN AEROSOL CAN OF HEAVY DUTY SILICONE LUBRICANT WHICH HAS A SEPARATE APPLICATOR STRAW. THERE ARE SMALL NOTCHES AT THE FRONT OF BOTH THE SMALL AND MAIN TURNTABLES. INSERT THE STRAW AND APPLY WHILE ROTATING. ALSO, REMOVE MOST GLASS CONTAINERS, FAVORING PLASTIC, AND REDUCE THE NUMBER WHICH CONTAIN LIQUID, AND BALANCE THE LOAD. BE SURE THE SPINNER SITS ON A LEVEL AND FLAT SURFACE.
