Good lightweight road running trainers. The mesh uppers are lightweight and breathable. Sole soft but with arch support. Great all round sports shoes.

Is it good for gym? Can i use them for deadlifts?

You're best looking for flat sole trainers for deadlifting. I like boxing boots but other people like flat soled trainer boots for the additional heel support. These definitely have too high of a sole for deadlifts.
