English is the sole printed language.The AC adapter is not a three pin plug which is generally used in the UK or UAE.Updated: So the product is not intended to for the Middle East market. It was meant for the US market. If anything breaks, the HP authorized dealers in UAE will not be able to fix it. (Don't ask me how I know)

Warranty Issue
Bought this laptop. Felt like a used one. So checked at the manufacturers site with the product number. Showed that only three months of warranty is left when there is a total of one year of warranty. Kindly take this product back at the earliest possible.

Lovely machine, but caution on which supplier you use on Amazon
It's a great laptop, till it stopped working.Amazon will help by giving you contact details, however, if it was fulfilled by Amazon, you'd have better support.I have learnt that, with expensive electronics, it is worth choosing items supplied by Amazon over third parties

product warranty was registered long long before
Purchased as a brand new in the month of July 2020, had checked warranty in Hp website, noticed it was already registered in 2019 and only few months left for warranty expiry .product was already registered with HP!!!

Received the exact item as listed. However, a separate GCC compatible power cord was supplied along with the package (Not inside the original laptop box). This is probably due to the region change of the product. Nevertheless, the laptop works just fine and no flaws at all. Good merchant.

Great Laptop for the price
Have had this for almost two months now..works fast, not noisy , doesnt get heated..HP is always reliable, have a desktop for almost 10 years now , still working fine.

Overall the laptop was good but the charger was of different laptop or something because it wasnt charging and battery stayed 0% for hours and i had to return which is not good thing done by amazon and its retailer..it was wastage of my time as well as it taking so long to. Receive back my refund now.
