I ended up getting this pot to replace one i have had for a long time. I was disappointed by the quality of this tea pot. I cleaned it and noticed after it dried that the enameling wasnt complete and there was a patch of rust on the rim. Later on when i eventually decided to use it i tempered it and all that but when i went to pour out the tea chunks of enamel/coating started peeling off. I found that kinda funny because the packaging came with open flame brewing instructions. I would never use this over flame or its intended purpose. Its a decorative paperweight in my opinion. Lets just say i was severely disappointed.

I read some of the reviews before I purchased cast-iron teapot set and they are misleading. Inside of teapot is glazed and cups are glazed, so there is no need to worry about rust.

Absolutely beautiful teapot, packaged very well, delivered promptly and I was excited to look in the box.Very disappointed. It's so tiny I'm hoping I can more than a cup of tea out of it.My fault for not measuring out what 26oz is....

This exceeded all of our expectations. It makes a great cup of jasmine tea and is beautiful enough to be on display in our living room when it isn't being used. It is a complete set at a great price. One of our favorite Amazon purchases.

This was my second purchase with the company and both have been amazing. The teapot and cups are beautiful and solid. Good craftsmanship. Make sure to read the instructions for this as a cast iron teapot needs special care. I am truly happy with this purchase!
