Q: One of my violins has a carved head as the scroll; the instrument is 25" long from tailpin to the top of the "scroll". Will it fit in this case?

As long as it's a standard full size violin it will fit fine for the double case regardless of the carved head

Q: Does this case come with a “blanket”?

Mine did not for the double violin case.

Q: Can fit one violin and one viola?

No this is only for 2 x 4/4 size violin Not fit one violin and one viola anyway we will introduce new case in the next 2 month the new case fit one viola and one violin

yes this case comes with two backpack straps, the padded straps with clips and attached with D-rings back of case
