Pin Up Secret - Oxy-Mineral Purifying and Detoxifying Dead Sea Black Mask is a grey, potent concoction that appears frightening, but feels SO satisfying as I apply it to my face, the mud softly coating my skin. After I rinse it off, my skin feels amazing and supple, and appears more radiant (but that may also be because I have to use a muslin cloth to completely remove the mud).It's a splurge. I don't use masks that frequently, but I do like this one quite a bit.

This is a pretty good cream that has helped with it's mask functionality.Removing dead skin is pretty straightforward and the clearing skin effect is helpful.I like the texture, kind of like beeswax which is interesting.The overall experience was pretty good, not bad at all.

I took away 1 star due to the steep price. In all honesty, this is just your average detoxifying clay mask. It smells good (herbal) and is somewhat moisturizing thanks to the beeswax and other natural ingredients. Doesn’t get too tight or itchy as it dries. I have stubborn adult acne on my chin and around my mouth, and enlarged pores around my nose and cheeks. You can use this as a T-Zone mask or all-over mask. It’s not irritating and seems to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. I just don’t think it makes my skin look any better than some of my other mud masks (which are a FRACTION of the price).Yes, my skin looks more even-toned and radiant after using this, but I haven’t noticed any skin clearing or pore shrinking benefits (yet). As with other purifying and detoxifying masks, new breakouts might occur; continue using this if that happens! My dermatologist explained that it’s a result of impurities and bacteria being brought closer to the surface of your skin..... in short, it’s working! 😉*TIP* Works best when applied with a brush or silicone face mask applicator. Using your fingers works too, but applicators use less product and keep your hands clean!If you’re willing to splurge on a clay mask, try this!Hope this helps.... ☺️

I love this mud mask. It is a Dead Sea black mask but looks more gray. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth and makes my pores on my inner cheeks appear smaller after using. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause me any break outs or reactions. It is a bit pricey but I like how my skin feels.

this is an alright mud mask. i think $42 for the jar is a little expensive tho. i have slightly sensitive skin and it’s not too irritating or drying. i use it only once a week and i’ll do just my nose/forehead/chin in the same week if it seems like it needs it. it’s worked out for me using it this way but i probably wouldn’t use this more than twice a week because even tho it’s not irritating, i don’t wanna risk it. you can probably use it more often if your skin is less sensitive tho. it’s a decent mask but it won’t replace any of my favorites. my skin looks refreshed after so i like it enough to finish it. if i see better results after long term use i may get more.
