These were perfect for our last minute Olivia Rodrigo party. I ordered 4 days before and they came in just in time. You do have to take some time to use tape and put this all together but it comes with what you need. I’d just suggest to get more toothpicks and tape to go along with it.

Not put together
Nothing is put together! The string that it comes with is ribbon that unravels as you string letters on. Then the pictures bend when you string them. All the toppers have to be put together as well. For $20 I would think the banner should already be put together! Should have saved money and printed at home.

This was not worth $30 I barely got any balloons and the banner is not worth how much I paid you barely get anything for your money

The banner and cake toppers are cute, but it was missing the stickers that are in the description or a sign/board that’s in the picture.The balloons stink so bad.
