What is the difference between the yellow/white labeled product and the blue/white? Both say: Integrative Therapeutics, Inc Cortisol Manager, 90 tabs

If you go to Integrative Therapeutics website, you will see that the yellow-labeled Cortisol Manager product is featured under Neuroendocrine products. Apparently the blue label is no longer used. When perusing outside websites that list the specific ingredients, percentages, and milligrams, the yellow- and blue-labeled Cortisol Manager products are identical in make up.

How long will it take to substantially lower my cortisol level of 30!!!!!

Based on a study done by Integrated Therapeutics cortisol leaves are reduced immediately. Some people get as much as a 60% reduction from one dose and if used consistently for 28 days a 70%+ reduction. K. Peterson's answer is incorrect. This product is supposed to reduce your cortisol level/cortisol numbers. However, that can only happen if you take it consistently.

The pills look huge! Are they hard to swallow? Thanks!

I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills, and can't swallow capsules at all. However, even though this tablet is quite large, I am able to swallow it with a big gulp. It helps that it's coated and smooth.

How can you see the ingredients on this yellow label product? On the IT website, this bottle is listed with 225mg not 150mg.

I have a bottle of the old formulation (Blue and white label) and a bottle of the new formulation (yellow and white label). Both formulations have 250 mg of "Stress-reducing proprietary blend", 225 mg of "Cortisol-reducing proprietary blend" and 50 mg of Phosphitadylserine. The wording for the two formulations are a little different but seem to have the same main ingredients.
