Merrell's Strong Kids™ - Grades 3-5: A Social and Emotional Learning Curriculum

A fellow educator reccomended this to me. It is well made - all resources are included (you just visit a website with your code printed in your copy of the book to gain access to printable pages). The lessons are also WELL scripted. Although it can be used in a larger group, I am using it with a single student currently & really liking it. I would reccomend to a colleague!

Product arrived as expected. The book is full of well-presented ideas covering a wide range of topics and is very useful for professionals who work with children. Highly recommended!

Easy to use SEL curriculum. Clear explanations for students and teachers. Also explicit ties to core competencies. I teach SEL courses to middle schoolers over the summer and use this book as a reference for ideas all the time!

The only thing I don't like is that the methodology is not based on experiential learning, like the drama-in-education paradigm. It mainly aims at cognitive processes.
