Great Item taken 3 times a day, by my husband and myself.
Esseential Fatty Acids are indeed essential! Getting such a large bottle is GREAT because it is taken 3 times a day, by my husband and myself. For some reason the composition of the pills themselves is BETTER than the smalller bottle. Read both labels!

IMO, one of the best EFA supplements on the market
The price tag for a bottle runs between $40 - $45. It could be cheaper but people need to eat. From what I understand, Youngevity has an active MLM program with many layers of people to pay. But despite that, the price tag is still worth it for me. Considering a bottle of good flax oil supplements can run $25 per bottle and a good fish oil (krill oil more precisely) supplement can run another $25 per bottle to get a good dose of Omega 3s and fatty acids, this EFA supplement gives me what I need. It's good quality and the gelcap is strong and dark so it doesn't spoil quickly. I took some other Youngevity products and I have never had an issue with quality or effectiveness from this company. With good quality, there is a price to pay.
