Yes I have used it for upper lips and it works perfectly

Q: Can you use this on your armpits?

Yes I use this cream under my arms pits, bikini area, do not leave it on over 1 to 5 minutes. It take all my hair off and stays off for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Also make sure you are not allergic to the ingredients. I love this product.
