Good bag BUT you will have to REPACK it
Overall,, its a decent bag worth its money if you are up for a little DIY elbow grease to make it a consistent striking surface. See below:Expect to repack the filling and to rebag and tape the broken sandbags if you hit with any power at all in your hands. And forget about throwing kicks or knees, this isn't the bag for that.I'm 5'6 and 170lbs with good power in my hand but never really went 100% on the bag with either hand. After about a month of training 3 or 4x a week, doing about 8 rounds on the bag, almost a 1/4 of the filling settled toward the bottom half. And the lower 1/3 was like hitting a slightly padded tree.I decided to unpack and refill it because I read that this bag is poorly packed from the factory. That was an understatement! When I unpacked it for the repack, I found lots of sharp ground up plastic button pieces from the cheap ground up recycled clothing they used for the filling. The bags canvas may be able to withstand the sharp edges of those little buttons, but the thing plastic bags holding the roughly 8lb bags of sand...NOT A CHANCE! Only 2 out of the 8 that were in the bag were whole and not dumping sand into the bag. Also, disgustingly, I found half eaten Lay's potato chips and several used napkins in the mix. BEWARE!That all being said, I repacked the sand bags into zip locks, wrapped them in plastic wrap several times, then used Gorilla tape to cover the surface exposed to the filling. After repacking it and centering all the bags while evenly layering them, the bag is almost perfect. There will be more settling because they don't use enough cloth filling, so I expect ill have to add more in the future to keep the bags shape while hanging, but for $100, I'm not surprised. Neither should you be! Its a decent bag for the money and its a pretty easy fix if you are willing to do the work!

Could use more filler
I have no doubt it's 100 pounds but onelce it's hung up, it really settles and there isn't much resistance unless you punch downward toward the middle. You could hang it higher, but I bought the stand and it only goes so high. Also, I am onky 5'7". Any taller and it will be even worse.

Great bag. Very well made.
I bought this to hang it in my garage from the rafters. One concern in buying was the strapping that allows the bag to hang... It is 100lbs. Purchased the ceiling hanger separately. Bag has a 3 ring bag hanger. Heavy duty stitching. Also needed to be able to hoist the bottom end of bag up to ceiling when not using it. The stabilizing strap on the bottom of the bag fit that bill. Happy with everything so far. I seriously doubt that I'll beat this bag into crappy...
