Works, but is very cheaply made just like the original. However I have replaced a couple of these and they seem to be holding up. So I will give these a thumbs up for now.

Just like the OEM
This shift knob looked to be the same quality as the original. You will probably break the old removing it, but this one just pushes on and locks. Use a small tie wrap to secure the boot underneath.Been driving for a week now with no issues. Much cheaper than $300 from the dealer.
