I have friends that I’ve had for more than 40 years. We text each other almost daily. This couple used to be avid jig saw puzzle put together-ers, but I have not heard them lately talk about their puzzle activities. So, I decided to spring-board that interest again. I took a photo from one of their recent family reunions, uploaded it to this service …and received a lovely customized puzzle that when completed will be a treasure. It was produced snd I received it relatively quickly. Nice job! Now the tough part is to get it wrapped snd in the mail as a “belated 75th” birthday gift. I hope that this gift will jumpstart their jig saw puzzle interest. I plan to drop it off at the post office next week (cross fingers) to be delivered from Colorado to Cleveland.

I couldn't be more happy with the end product. The 300-piece puzzles I ordered came in these handy-dandy little plastic 4"x5" plastic containers and are SURE to be a hit at our fun get-together. Got this for my son. Took a few days to put together (300pcs). It was a bit challenging because you had to match the letters up exact on the back (it’s best to do the puzzle upside down trust me) but so worth it in the end.

Great print quality and no fading after hanging next to a window for almost a year

I was very excited to buy a 1000 piece custom puzzle for my father. We have just completed the border, and 4 pieces in the border are unprinted- so we cannot figure out where they belong. Also, some pieces are more chunky than other pieces, so I know ( if we have all the pieces and can finish, ) it will be bumpy and not lay flat. I was so excited for this unique gift but after reaching out to the seller and getting NO response, and the item is not returnable- nor can you request a refund. I truly feel like I got scammed…Not that I even want a refund, I just want MY puzzle that I bought with MY hard-earned money, with all the pieces. There are a lot of great reviews for this product, which led me to believe it was a ‘good’ product to take a chance on. Please be careful and be aware that if something is wrong with your product, you are on your own, bc the seller doesn’t care enough to follow up on inquiries so you can’t fix the issue, and essentially lost the $$ of the purchase.

Haven’tput together soo I hope all the peices are there but I love it. It’s boxed with care and I love how they put a picture on the front of the box and put the picture I used for the puzzle inside of the box for me to keep. It did take along time to get 15 days to get.

surprised at how durable and decent this puzzle is, even with 300 pcs you can still have a good amount of time into this puzzle. granted, the pieces are a bit janky and dont go together too well, but they letters on the back help. great gift!

The process was so easy, upload the photo, decide how many pieces and send. The two puzzles I ordered of my daughters weddings are picture perfect. Exactly what I sent is now our puzzle. Highly recommended 100% High

It was exactly what I ordered. The picture quality was great and it's durable (wood not paper). I received mine yesterday and completed it same day with my kids. The letters behind was helpful when we had challenges and after we completed it, my children held it up to see all the letters behind. They loved it and we all had a great time. I recommend. I will order again as my children have requested for more.

Had a 1000 piece puzzle made from a picture of one of my family members oil painting that is an artist. Extremely disappointed. All the pieces are exactly the same shape and can fit in the wrong spot. Also the Color’s were not even close. The blue sky is purple and the green bushes are grey/black. Also the poster that comes with it is 5x8” so it doesn’t help at all. I may not even get it put together because the pieces fit in so many wrong places. With a “blue” sky and white snow don’t know if it’s possible yet. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money.
