Misleading seller! Sold & Represented this laptop as new! The manufacturer DELL says it was sold to a retail customer on their website a year earlier! I have filled a complaint with the New Jersey’s Attorney General’s Office & with the BBB!

No hard drive!
I have been negotiating with Dell for service. It never even occurred to me that a computer could arrive without its hard drive. Just a message saying 'Failed to detect hard drive' and some kind of really loud warning noises when I turned it on...
