After taking this product, I feel so light and energized!

I mainly bought this for deodorizing and the fact there’s no peppermint. It does both really well, it eliminated odors within a week. The sate is very mild as well, if you put it in a full water bottle you can barely state.I reduced a star because I find it very difficult to open. Everyday I have issues, it find I have to squeeze, along with the push down and turning intrusions on the bottle

I'll begin by saying that I strongly object to the use of the word "superfood" in any context. A balanced diet of mainly plant based foods, preferably organically grown along with other lifestyle choices is the best way to encourage maximum health and well being. Some foods might be particularly rich in some nutrient or antioxidant, but including one liquid or supplement will not turn you into superman or woman. That being understood, chlorophyll is purported to have health benefits, depending on the quantity taken. (Actually, more correctly, this is not chlorophyll, but chlorophyllin, since it contains copper instead of magnesium, though the benefits should be similar) There is little incentive to do large expensive clinical studies by labs since the profit potential is not like marketing some blockbuster drug. But very small studies have indicated that this liquid which, of course plants produce, does seem to have cleansing effects in the body and gut. Some studies seem to indicate taking this plant product may especially be beneficial in limiting the growth of tumors in several organs, including the liver and pancreas. I have been including a full dropperful which equals one mg in a small quantity of water along with several other liquid supplements in the morning. When diluted, the taste is not unpleasant and perhaps even refreshing. I can't say, like some, that I noticed an increase in energy or any notable effects. Thats to be expected, since this is not some powerful drug, but its benefits are cumulative over time. I do consume a fair amount of plants and vegetables every day so am not sure I need this additional chlorophyll, but if you consume less green food products, this might be a worthwhile inclusion. I gave it 5 stars because it seems to be reputable and honest and perhaps is contributing to my well being over time.

I started using chlorophyll a while back by adding a little to my morning protein shake. I like this one a little better than the brand I've been using. The mix is the same except for the addition of a little peppermint oil. Chlorophyll in the form of Chlorophyllin (as in this brand) is most readily available for absorption by the human body. Adding a little squirt to a glass of water also freshens the breath. Otherwise, to me, the main benefits are for those (like me) who don't eat enough veggies.

For all the reasons anyone uses chlorophyll, this product is not just a good product, being both organic and Made in the USofA, but is also a very good price.Four months for $17 beats the price for the 'Old Standard' I've been using which is also organic and USA made.If chlorophyll has been recommended by some form of health practitioner to y'all, this is worth a try IMO.For me, this goes to the Amazon "Shopping List" so it's easy to find again.I hope this is helpful to someone.
