MikroTik products are available with a free license, No need to purchase any additional licenses.

I want to use it in Korea. Does it support 200V?

Not the ones that are sold here. You would have to get a converter to take care of the amperage difference. The real deal is to call mikrotik support and they could get you a vendor that would sell the ones that are made from the factory to work in Korea.

Is there a qualified vendor list for SFP modules this unit supports?

I would recommend to use original Mikrotik SPF modules as they are dirt cheap and it makes no sense to buy Chinese knock offs
