I have been using Philips electric toothbrushes for many years; they are durable and long-lasting due to their high quality. This one is for my son as a replacement for his old electric toothbrush. He finds the cleaning power is excellent and easy to use. The power of the brush is not too hard to make his gum feel sore. It comes with a spare brush head and it is easy to purchase replacements in large retail stores. It comes with a charging base, and each full charge will last him for almost 3 weeks of usage. He loves it and would recommend it.

Works well and cleans well. 2 settings - a soft clean and a more 'vigorous' clean. A timer cuts the power after 2 minutes so you don't over brush (yes, it is a thing). The battery last for about 12 day before the charge light starts flashing, You'll get 4 more cleans before it stops altogether. My only gripe is the recharge time (and why I only gave 4 stars). Nearly 4 hours to get a full charge. Ridiculous, but other reviewers have mentioned this. Otherwise, it's a good product.

This is the 3rd Sonicare toothbrush I’ve owned. The other two both broke within 12 months of purchase. I was offered replacements which is fine, but customer service took around a week to provide me with a new one each time which wasn’t ideal! The toothbrush cleans brilliantly and the battery life is pretty good too. I normally have to recharge it every 1.5 - 2 weeks (based upon using it twice a day). I definitely recommend you dry it after every use though, or you’re likely to get a build up of bacteria on the top and base of the handle. You should also avoid dropping the handle directly on its drive shaft, as this can damage the handle.

La fiche pour recharger la brosse ne rentre pas dans la prise. Elle semble être normale à la réception mais 8 jours plus tard quand je dois recharger l’espace entre les tiges est trop petit. Donc il faut soit renvoyer au service réparation et rentrer dans de la longue logistique. Etc. Bref pénible vs choix d’acheter sur amazon….

Bonjour Produit arrivé en temps et en heure mais non conforme à la description : il manque en effet la boîte de rangement. J’avais commandé ce modèle exprès pour cela c’est dommage. Retour demandé.
