Is this thin or thick like regular Caramel syrup

This syrup is now very thin. I had bought this caramel syrup for a few years now & it was always thick & flavorful. My recent order was a huge disappointment. New labeling & thinner product with zero taste. Yet, still zero calories.

Is this at least semi thick like regular caramel syrup for coffee and ice cream?

Yes it’s semi thick but still slightly runny. I use it for my coffees and it works great. You could definitely put it on ice cream

Why do you pack it so poorly? the past 3 deliveries have had at least one broken bottle! dangerous and sticky.

My bottles that I order were plastic.
