1 of 2 missing parts, support is a hassle
I've been doing irrigation for 20+ years but this was for a home garden. Ordered 2, 1 arrived missing the adjuster so water just jets out of the side. I could request a return but decided to see if support was an option. The Rainbird site is extremely slow. You can't email them, they want you to call. For a $3.35 part it's not even worth my time nor is it worth my time to box it up, drive to the shipping office, etc.
