Honest Beauty(Brown) - Healthy Serum-Infused Lash Tint Brown, with Castor Oil, Paraben & Silicone Free, 8ml

I am a contact lens wearer and have naturally light eyelashes. First thing to note, brown mascara is a rare find, especially in the "Clean Beauty" community. Working remotely, I have been looking for something that would enhance and define my lashes in a more natural way, something that I could throw on with some lip balm for fresh face days. I found what I was looking for. I actually received this product this morning and put it on to test it out. I really liked the texture of the serum. The last tint goes on smoothly, is lightweight, and is not as thick as mascara. The color is just right for my light colored lashes, as it is more of a softer look and not as bold as black. I did not experience any clumps or smudging during application. My real motivation behind leaving this review, is I woke up from a 2 hour nap with no after affects of sleeping with it on. While I can't comment on the long lasting results and benefits of using this product at this time, it delivered the results I was personally looking for: clean, enhancing, defining and conditioning. A favorite buy.

I was under the impression this product appeared clear on eyelashes because it’s called “natural”. However, it’s white when it goes on your lashes and doesn’t turn natural! It stays white! I contacted The Honest Company and they said you shouldn’t sleep with the serum on, so when are you supposed to wear it if it’s white on the lashes all day and you can’t sleep with it at night? I then got the black colour, and it clumps under your eyes giving raccoon eyes! I wish the colour “natural” was clear or the black/brown one didn’t melt and go under your eyes as if you were crying with mascara on. I don’t recommend this product

I have finally found what I've been looking for. Lash tint that stays on remarkably well. One thing to note is I do have long curly eye lashes naturally. My natural hair color is dirty blonde so I wanted my eyelashes darker. This is the perfect find for me and will be my new go to product. My search is finally over. Will post a pic later on.

I wouldn’t call this a lash tint. You put it on, and as soon as your eyes get wet (wash your face, shower etc) your eyelashes are no longer black. If you’re going to call something a tint, you expect it to last for longer than just while you’re wearing it, or else, why not just wear mascara?It’s basically a mascara that just colors your eyelashes black without adding any volume.

This mascara is decent but it’s no Neutragena Lash Tint. It goes on a little heavier than the old Lash Tint but for someone who doesn’t like to wear heavy makeup, it works. I’m fair with medium/dark blonde hair and light brown eyelashes and the brown shade works well. Easy to remove, but also more prone to running or smudging than regular mascara.
