Armitron Men's Analog-Digital Bracelet Watch, 20/5453

Excelente reloj, mejor opción al Casio y a mejor precio. Lo recomiendo.

I first saw a review on this particular brand of watch on YouTube only a few weeks ago. Armitron is a brand that I had never heard of before as it is a US company based in New York and is very popular in the USA for producing good quality watches at a reasonable price. I placed an order for this watch on Amazon Global Store and it arrived two days earlier than the date given which was the 11th May 2023. The watch comes in a very nice presentation box with full and easy to use instructions for setting the watch up. The case is stainless steel as is the strap and is a little bit larger on the wrist than a similar Casio which I previously had in my collection which I gave to my grandaughter to use. This watch has a Navy blue dial with silver indices and the bracelet is folded link but is 20mm so you can easily change it to another solid link bracelet or leather watch strap if you want to do that. The bracelet it comes on however is thicker one that comes on a Casio watch similar to this and is really comfortable to wear and not a hair picture common to many watch brands at this price point. The glass is mineral and not resin so should be less resistant to scratches if worn with care. It has an excellent back-light for the digital display of time and date which is blue in colour and is excellent and clear to read when the back-light is off also. The digital display is useful for setting up a 2nd time zone if you require that. The watch does have alarm settings also. I am very happy with my purchase of this retro style watch and will probably purchase another from Armitron as they have a wide range of other retro watches as well as other very nice quartz watches for men, women and children in their catalogue which I recommend.

This watch has super vintage appeal. The size is perfect and the metal case gives it more of a masculine appeal. Did I mention the back light is fantastic! The things that bother me are the pushers (they are tough on my fingers) and the digital time is only a 24 hour format. I would recommend this to anyone who likes analog/digital combo watches with a versatile look. The Ridgemont is not too expensive to try out and use as a daily driver. I reach for this the most even when my collection is scattered with Casio’s.

Muy bonito, se siente pesado y sólido. Parece más resistente que la competencia. No me gustó que resulta algo difícil de programar. En el manual confunden los botones. En acabados y estilo insuperables por el precio. Luce muy bien y el brazalete es de muy buena calidad

I wanted this so badly. Waited patiently, it was late getting here, opened it up, and the analog display is dead. Battery works, because the digital display works, but the analog display does nothing. So disappointing.
