Timing of intake is key
Amazing product. I was not expecting this to work much. It does induce lucid dreams if taken right before REM cycle ( after 4-5 hours of sleep). Timing is key. Taking it before bed or during the day greatly reduces effects. Has to be taken during a WBTB. Good supplement for LD!

Great for Dream Recall
I occasionally take several supplements at bedtime to sometimes help with dream recall and lucid dreaming. Of all of the supplements, while this is the most pricey, it also seems to be the most effective. However, I don't see those results every time I take it, which is why I only take them on occasion.

work well but taste disgusting
They taste absolutely disgusting, but they work for my purposes. I’ve tried other supplements that taste better, but unfortunately, these are probably the best for lucid dreaming. I do WBTB and take these with Alpha GPC and choline bitartrate, and it gives me sleep paralysis, which you can use for lucid dreams (or it just gives me lucid dreams) :) I’ve only taken them 10 times, and it’s given me something 4/10 times, but if I were consistent, it would work better :-) Take that as you will

No effect, placebo pill?
No effect for lucid dreaming. I tried different doses alongside alpha GPC with several days break in between just to make sure I didn't build a tolerance from the initial dose. Took it in the middle of the night during wake back to bed, but no effect on lucidity or vividness. Not sure if this is actually galantamine, might just be some white powder sugar.

I take it the morning for focus and energy. I love it and I can feel the acetylcholine boost.

XXL capsule
It may or may not work. Idk. The capsule is super large. I didn't realize it's gelatin capsule and ordered by mistake. No returns so I'm stuck with it. The capsule is white so probably has titanium oxide. Its largest capsule I ever had. So I open it and dump like a half a teaspoon of coarse white powder in my coffee. It could be rice flour, but it's coarse omg. I wish I didn't order it.
