Had this sign for years and it has held up well, but I needed a second open sign and just bought another. It's a lot brighter in person than in the picture.

Light is not working on neon . Selling cheap products on higher prices..no one taking any responsibility..

I’ve been looking for a very bright open sign - my business has dark tinted windows, you can hardly see the other sign I just bought (and will be returning). I also wanted a sign that looks professional. This sign’s a winner! It’s bright even in direct sunlight and has many flashing options to attract customers all the way from the street. Best money I’ve spent on a sign.

right after the return window closed part of the P blew out so it just says OIEN now

When they said this think was bright, they meant it! Its unpleasant to look at this from too close, unless it is behind a tinted window. Keep that in mind when deciding if you want this or not.

Very bright with good colors. The movement of the lights garners attention. The sign arrived quickly in excellent condition and was easy to hang in my wife's barbershop window.
