The belt broke in just 1 month. It can not be genuine leather as shown in the product description. NOt worth buying; very low quality product.

The belt arrived in an attractive package. It was very easy to unpack and attach the swanky buckle that came with it. All looked great until I engaged to cut the length to fit my waist. The material gave no resistance to cut as you would expect from genuine leather processed of buff or cow hide. Instead, the cross section revealed the material is of polymer / resin composition. The durability of the material I guesstimate will be not more than 6 month to a year for a daily user. I just could not believe how blatantly the manufacturer is allowed to claim the product as genuine leather, selling in Amazon.com and misleading the customers. Amazon should remove the genuine leather claim from the sale page description. A genuine leather product will be much more expensive. This is made of cheap resin.
