I can't give a review because I package doesn't have protection for the mug. When I pick up the bag I heard a noise. Before the opened I decided make a video. I found out it was broken. I didn't try open the product box.

Cup cracked within the first week. Sad it was the perfect tea cup.

I loved everything about this! When I first got it, I was worried that it wouldn’t be large enough to use the large cup setting with my Keurig. It looks kind of short. But, there is plenty of room to use that setting as well as add your creamer. I love having it on my desk at work! So cute and adorable!

I love the mug! But you need to do better with your packaging. The box it was in was broken and my cup was scuffed. All you need to do is add bubble wrap around the box and everything would be fine.
